1975 Bob and Ginny Lewis perform on the Colon Michigan high school stage. DUring a rehearsal, one of the banjo strings broke with a loud TWANNNNNNG! The cameras were off. The crew broke up laughing. Ed walked over to Bob and asked, "That was hilarious, can you do it again for the live show? Lewis appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show 22 times.
